# Your Customers. Our Workflow. Your Payments.

**V3 strategic discussion brief · October 26, 2026 · Proposed partnership, not an agreement**

The fintech brings eligible existing customers, distribution, account relationships, onboarding channels and financial-services expertise. BidFlo brings AI-assisted issue intake and scope, contractor procurement and bid comparison, credential-review workflows, agreements, project coordination and invoices. A supported, separately implemented and authorized connection could keep the fintech's payment service as the provider for the agreed integrated path. Existing Stripe is unchanged.

The opportunity is to serve customers earlier in the building-work lifecycle, add agreed software or service economics and create more opportunities for customer engagement and payment relationship retention. It is not guaranteed revenue, incremental volume, exclusive transaction capture or customer lock-in. Supporting more workflow does not mean owning customers or their data.

## Partnership models

Explore a strategic distribution arrangement, separately licensed white-label offering, embedded integration or enterprise strategic agreement. Customer experience, branding, technical scope, operating responsibilities and software economics must be negotiated. No pricing, margin, source-code license, exclusivity, territory right or live processing authority is granted by this brief.

## Customer journey

Issue intake → initial AI-assisted assessment and scope → procurement → bidding → vendor selection and agreement → project coordination → issued invoice review → separately authorized eligible payment. Initial AI output is not inspection or underwriting. Credential/COI review does not guarantee insurance coverage. Contractors issue invoices; authorized Owners separately review the exact revision and authorize payment.

## Illustrative economics

The interactive calculator uses editable hypothetical assumptions, including a 1,000-user example. It models adopted customers, annual gross software revenue, illustrative payment volume and gross processing revenue. Combined gross opportunity is not agreed revenue sharing, net fintech income, actual pricing or a forecast. Construction principal is not a software commission; processor costs, refunds, taxes and other expenses are not deducted in the gross illustration.

## Discovery to expansion

Discovery aligns customer and product fit. Integration Design defines roles, consent, systems and supported workflows. Pilot validates the agreed customer journey and operating controls. Expansion follows actual acceptance and measured adoption. No implementation timeline or performance result is promised.

No API endpoints, OAuth scopes, event names, signature headers, certifications or completed partner integrations are specified here. They must be jointly defined and validated if a connection is authorized. Detailed commercial negotiating terms and original internal materials remain private.
