PROPOSED COMMERCIAL ARRANGEMENT

Introduce an upstream workflow to existing customers.

Customer experience
Consenting, eligible customers discover BidFlo through the fintech's existing channels and use the agreed job-workflow offering.
Branding
BidFlo-led or agreed co-marketing. No partner endorsement or brand license is presumed.
Integration
Distribution and product onboarding can be scoped first. A payment or identity connection is a separate implementation decision.
Responsibilities
Fintech leads introductions; BidFlo supplies the agreed product. Define onboarding, communications, support and customer-data permissions.
Revenue opportunities
An agreed eligible-subscription revenue share or other separately negotiated distribution economics—not construction principal.
Commercial considerations
Attribution, eligible revenue, billing statements, renewals, customer choice, support and termination must be signed. No percentage or pilot cap is published.

Customer choice and explicit rights stay central.

No model transfers ownership of customers or their records. Agree consent, support, billing, permitted communications and the scope of any license before launch. Sensitive numerical and liability terms remain private.
