Customer does
A building owner or manager describes a problem and can add photos or project context for the work request.
BidFlo connects issue intake, scope support, procurement, agreements, project coordination and invoices. A fintech remains the proposed payment provider only where a supported integration is separately implemented, authorized and agreed; existing Stripe stays unchanged.

BidFlo provides
A property-work request workspace that organizes the initial issue for the job journey.
Fintech benefit · potential
An opportunity to introduce an eligible customer to a useful workflow before a payment request exists.
Potential data exchange
Only the project and customer context the customer agrees to share for the connected experience.
No supplied product capture is assigned to issue intake; no substitute interface is shown.
Every selection above is explanatory only. It does not upload, sign, approve, prepare, or pay anything.
The Owner approves the exact issued invoice revision. A revised invoice requires a fresh approval and any required customer consent.
Approval is not a debit mandate. The payer separately authorizes the exact approved invoice through the supported provider flow.
An unknown earlier payment attempt blocks a replacement attempt across invoice revisions until reconciliation. Idempotency prevents duplicate preparation.
Only verified provider callbacks may update financial status. A browser confirmation never proves collection, settlement, or payout.
A work milestone is separate from a financial event and never automatically debits the Owner or releases contractor funds.
Give your existing property-manager customers useful tools for the whole job. BidFlo connects the scope, contractor decision, reviewed work and invoice; the payer still separately authorizes payment.
Riverside Management paying Clearwater Restoration. USD 6,840 agreed total.
The sample repair milestones show work being reported and reviewed. An approved deposit can precede work completion. Progress eligibility depends on the relevant agreed review and invoice approval.
The final stage additionally checks acceptance, completion review, and prior-stage payment conditions. Collection, settlement, and contractor payout remain separate records; their conditions must be agreed, not inferred from a pending authorization.
The fictional Austin location is not evidence of Texas product availability. Official product pages currently state New York.
The general demo uses local simulated payment actions. Its deposit and progress controls combine approval and simulated payment; the partner proposal deliberately separates invoice approval, session preparation, and payer authorization.
A browser confirmation, vendor rating, training completion, or a Next-only walkthrough ending never proves authorization, collection, settlement, or payout.
