From strategic alignment
to scalable distribution.
A practical path to customer value and supported payment continuity. Each phase requires explicit decisions; visiting this site or finishing a demo never launches a pilot, grants a license or authorizes processing.
Agree the fit. Prove the model. Then expand.
- 01
Discovery
Align on market, customer needs, product overlap and commercial objectives. Identify suitable existing Owner-payer and Contractor-issuer customers; distinguish a software distribution discussion from live payment authority.
- 02
Integration Design
Define the agreed customer offering, licensing/branding, onboarding and support. If a connection is warranted, map identity/SSO, tenant permissions, consent, invoice revisions, signed events and supported payment workflows—without inventing implemented interfaces.
- 03
Pilot
Validate an agreed synthetic or separately authorized customer cohort. Evaluate customer journey, adoption and operating responsibilities. Any live payment pilot needs precise written scope, sandbox acceptance and customer/merchant terms.
- 04
Expansion
Scale only after the agreed pilot acceptance. Measure actual adoption, recurring usage, eligible payment opportunities and commercial performance; agree support, exception handling and changes before expanding authorization.
Software agreements and payment authorization are different.
Agree the eligible customers, distribution/licensing scope, billing, attribution, branding, communications, support and permitted data. White-label, source-code, exclusivity and defined-market rights are not implied.
A supported fintech payment path remains proposed. Existing BidFlo Stripe is unchanged. No rollout time, engineering price, customer adoption, retained volume or revenue result is promised.
Compare proposed modelsTreat uncertain money movement as unresolved.
Verify the eligible invoice.
Check consented customer link, exact approved invoice revision, payee, currency and authoritative outstanding amount before one idempotent request. An unknown earlier attempt blocks new attempts across revisions.
Verify the return.
Use the supported provider's raw-body signature contract, replay protection, durable deduplication and reconciliation. Invalid or out-of-order events cannot become proof of funds through a browser redirect.
Keep decisions and states separate.
Work review, invoice approval, payer authorization, collection, settlement and Contractor payout are distinct. A milestone, rating, demo or training completion never automatically debits or releases money.
Test changed/void invoices, duplicate/concurrent attempts, unknown outcomes, wrong tenants/payees/amounts, refunds, returns, disputes and payout independently.
